Twelve rules · No hidden clauses
Short list. Enforced without exception.
Everything below applies on every server in the network. There are no unwritten rules and no special cases for ranked players, large clans or people who have been here a long time.
The ruleset
Read once. It will not change mid-wipe.
Rules are versioned. Any change is announced in the Discord at least seven days before it takes effect.
1
No cheating, scripting or macros
Any third-party software that reads or writes game memory, automates recoil, or reveals information the client should not have.
Zero tolerance
2
No account sharing or boosting
One human per account. Sharing credentials to farm playtime or leaderboard position removes both accounts.
Zero tolerance
3
No real-money trading
Selling bases, loot or accounts for money outside the official store is not permitted on any EPIC CLANS server.
Zero tolerance
4
Respect the group limit
The group limit is the number of players who may build, raid or roam together — including allies you never build with.
Fair play
5
No blocking monuments
Building that denies other players access to a monument, its loot rooms or its exits will be removed without warning.
Fair play
6
No abusive text or voice chat
Slurs, threats and targeted harassment are removed on sight. Trash talk is part of the game; hate speech is not.
Conduct
7
Do not impersonate staff
Admins never ask for credentials and never trade. Anyone claiming otherwise is not staff.
Conduct
8
No advertising other servers
Links or IPs to competing servers in chat or Discord are removed.
Conduct
9
Report bugs, do not farm them
Found a duplication or terrain exploit? Report it and you keep your account and get rewarded. Farm it and you lose both.
Integrity
10
No griefing your own clan
Internal theft is a clan problem, not an admin problem — except where it is used to bypass group limits.
Integrity
11
Bases must be raidable
Designs that make a base mathematically impossible to raid within a wipe cycle will be adjusted by staff.

Appeals go through the ticket system
Appeals filed in public chat are ignored. Use the support page; every appeal is answered within 24 hours.
Process
Enforcement
What happens after a report.
Report through the ticket system
Include the Steam profile, the server and the approximate time. Screenshots help; server logs matter more.
A human reviews the logs
Every report is opened by an admin who reads the raw server data, not just the clip. Median time to a decision is six hours.
One decision, one appeal
Bans come with the reason attached. You get exactly one appeal, reviewed by a different admin than the one who issued it.

Something went wrong?
Appeals are read, not filtered.
Every appeal reaches a person within twenty-four hours. Public arguments in chat are ignored — the ticket system is the only route that works.
